CPNI Statement
Regarding Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”), Vonayo complies with the Federal Communications Commission Order. Customer information can only be released with a valid subpoena, court order, search warrant, or other formal demand from an authorized agency.
This form must be used to submit any subpoena, court order, or law enforcement request for information.
